However, please note that it is not possible to submit a power of attorney for use with your Raisin Account or any of the savings accounts you hold through our partner banks.
With Raisin Bank, you have the benefit of being able to use various partner banks across Europe. Since the respective national laws apply, unfortunately, permanent (bank) powers of attorney cannot be accepted during an ongoing business relationship.

In certain cases, it is possible to authorise a third party to obtain information about your Raisin Account, your savings accounts or other confidential information from our customer service department over the telephone. Please contact our customer service team who can provide the required paperwork and steps on how to complete the process.
