For the fastest processing of your proof of address, please upload your document directly via the upload function in your Raisin Account, if possible.
You can do this as follows:
Log in to your Raisin Account (desktop or app).
You’ll see a notification asking you to submit a proof of address.
Select the notification to go straight to the secure upload function and upload your document.
If you’re unable to upload your document through your Raisin Account, you can also email a copy of your proof of address to contact@raisin.com
