If you want to change your Nominated account, please follow the steps laid out below:
- Log in to your Raisin Account.
- Go to the drop-down menu under your initials.
- Visit the "My data" page.

Click on "Nominated account" and then on "Add Nominated account" and follow the instructions on screen. You can choose up to 5 Nominated Accounts.
Important points to note:
- You will have to complete a test transfer from your new Nominated account to your Raisin Bank account to prove you are the account holder. The account change can take up to 5 working days once you have completed the required steps
- In some cases, we may need to contact you by phone to confirm that you personally requested a change to your Nominated Account. This is a routine security measure designed to protect your Raisin Account. If verification is required, one of our team will call you directly.
Please note that we will never ask for your login details or request that you transfer money during the call.
