We rebuilt the Raisin app from the ground up to give you a cleaner, faster, and more intuitive way to grow their savings. All the features, security, and account access you rely on are still here—just reorganized to make managing your money effortless. Everything now lives under four simple bottom tabs and three top shortcuts so you always know where to look. This article covers everything you need to know about navigating your new app experience.
Why did the Raisin app change, and what’s new? We redesigned the app to streamline daily navigation and reduce clutter. The new interface groups your total savings, opening new accounts, and transactions into four intuitive bottom tabs, with your messages, alerts, and settings always accessible at the top of every screen.
How do I find my way around the new layout? The new interface is split into two primary navigation areas:
Four Bottom Tabs:
Raisin Overview: Your headline balance and single-tap access to your core balances.
Your savings: Active accounts showing where your money is sitting, plus past and closed accounts.
Saving accounts: Our savings marketplace where you can compare rates from 30+ European banks and open new products.
Raisin Account: Your central cash hub for managing available funds, transfers, and transaction history.
Three Top Shortcuts:
Inbox: Direct messages and updates from Raisin. Look out for the envelope symbol at the top of the screen.
Needs attention: Urgent actions or notifications requiring your review. Look out for the bell symbol at the top of the screen.
Profile: Account settings, uploaded documents, personal details, and your Raisin IBAN.
Where do I see my overall balance? Select the Raisin Overview tab. The top headline figure displays your overall balance—combining your active savings and available cash. Tap either card on this screen to jump directly to detailed breakdowns.
How do I view my active and closed savings accounts? Tap Your savings. The top visual chart displays your active savings split across different banks. Scroll down to access inactive or closed accounts—your complete history is still stored here, neatly organised.
How do I compare rates and open new savings accounts? Go to the Saving accounts tab. Your available cash balance displays at the top, while the main list lets you compare demand and fixed-term rates across over 30 partner European banks. You can select and open a new account in just a few taps.
Where do I deposit, withdraw, or view my transaction history? Head to the Raisin Account tab. Your cash is split into Available funds and funds Held for accounts currently being opened. Tap Save, Deposit, or Withdraw right from this screen, or scroll down to view your full transaction log and pending actions.
