You can update your email address directly within your Raisin Account at any time:
On Desktop Web: Log in to your Raisin Account, click your initials in the top right-hand corner, select 'Login and Security' > 'Login and Credentials', and click 'Edit' next to your email address.
On Mobile App: Open the app, tap your initials in the top right-hand corner, select 'Security', and tap 'Change Email'.
Enter your new email address, click the confirmation link sent to your new inbox, and enter the verification code (mTAN) sent to your registered mobile phone to complete the update.
Important: Once updated, use your new email address to log in. All future account notifications will be sent to this address.
Didn't receive the email? Check your spam or junk folder first. If it is not there, you can restart the update process in your account settings.
