Your mobile phone number is essential for approving transactions in your Raisin Account using verification codes sent via SMS.
You can update your phone number at any time directly in your account settings:
On Desktop Web: Log in to your Raisin Account, click your initials in the top right-hand corner, and go to 'Login and Security' > 'Login and Credentials' > 'Edit' next to your phone number.
On Mobile App: Log in to the Raisin app, tap your initials in the top right-hand corner, select 'Security', and tap 'Change Phone Number' under 'Mobile verification code'.
Follow the on-screen prompts and enter the verification codes sent to both your old and new mobile numbers to confirm the update.
