The Raisin Account is a transactional account with Raisin Bank (Germany). As a German credit institution, Raisin Bank has to identify its customers in accordance with German law and, according to the Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin), customers have to be identified in person or, alternatively, by video call.
