You can manage your Nominated accounts at any time in your Raisin Account under My Data. From here, you can:
Add a new Nominated account
Delete an existing Nominated account
You can have up to five Nominated accounts saved. When making a withdrawal, you can choose which of your saved accounts to use from a dropdown menu.
Requirements for a new Nominated account
To add a new Nominated account, the following conditions must be met:
The account is held within the European Economic Area (EEA).
The account is in your own name.
Joint accounts are allowed, as long as you are one of the account holders.
→ A simple power of attorney is not sufficient.The account is not a business account.
The account is not held with a payment service provider (for example, Wise).
You must be able to make transfers from the account, as a test transfer is required for verification.
Here's how to add a new account:
Log in to your Raisin Account.
Go to your initials in the top right corner.
Select “My Data”
Click on "Add Nominated account" and follow the steps on screen.
What happens next
You will receive an email at your registered email address containing a confirmation link.
This link is valid for 30 minutes.
After confirming, enter the IBAN of the new account.
You will then receive a verification code by SMS to your registered mobile number.
Next, make a verification transfer from the new account to your Raisin account.
Once the transfer has been received and processed, you will receive a confirmation email.
Processing time:
This can take up to 5 banking days.
Until the change is fully completed, all payments will continue to be made to your existing Nominated account.
Once everything is finished, you will receive confirmation that the new Nominated account has been successfully registered.

Our Customer Service team cannot speed up the process — all verification steps must be followed as outlined above.
Viewing or cancelling a change in progress
You can check the status of your request at any time under My Data. If the new Nominated account is not yet active, you can cancel the process at any time from this section.
