Check your phone and settings:
- Have you checked that your mobile number is up to date in your Raisin Account?
- Is your phone switched on and in an area with good network coverage?
- Has your phone crashed recently? A quick restart may help.
- Is your SMS inbox full?
- Have you accidentally blocked the number we send these codes from? Make sure +49 1573 5988143 is not blocked on your device.
