Adding a trusted device
Log in to your Raisin account.
If you are using a new device, an SMS code (mTAN) will automatically be sent to your registered mobile number.
Enter and confirm the mTAN.
Once confirmed, the device will be added as a trusted device under Login and security.
You’ll also receive a confirmation email.

Regular security checks:
Even if you only use trusted devices, you’ll be asked to complete a security check again every 180 days, in line with our security procedures.Login location display:
The login location shown is based on the IP address used at the time of login, not your exact physical location. This is a standard security measure and may sometimes appear inaccurate (for example due to dynamic IP addresses, VPNs, work networks, or mobile/public Wi-Fi).
Removing a trusted device
Log in to your Raisin account.
Click on your initials in the top-right corner and go to Login and security.
You’ll see a list of your trusted devices.
Select Remove device next to the device you want to delete.
Confirm the message to remove the device.
The next time you log in using that device, you’ll be asked to verify it again using a verification code.
