Adding a trusted device
Log in to your Raisin Account. When you sign in from a new device, an mTAN verification code is automatically sent to your registered mobile number. Enter and confirm this code to save the device under "Login and security". You'll also receive a confirmation email.
Things to keep in mind
Even on trusted devices, our security procedures require you to complete a security check every 180 days.
The login location shown relies on the IP address used at the time of login rather than your exact physical position. Locations may sometimes look inaccurate because of dynamic IP addresses, VPNs, work networks, or public Wi-Fi.
Removing a trusted device
- Log in to your Raisin Account.
- Click your initials in the top-right corner and select "Login and security".
- Find the device in your trusted devices list and select "Remove device".
- Confirm the removal.
The next time you log in using that device, you'll need to verify it with a new code.
