How long is my data stored?
Your personal data may be stored for up to 10 years after your account closes, depending on applicable legal retention rules. This ensures compliance with banking, tax and anti-money laundering regulations.
How is my data deleted?
Once the legal retention period ends, your data is automatically and securely deleted from all operational systems in line with GDPR requirements.
What if I request data deletion?
If you request full data deletion after closing your account, we will record your request. However, we can only delete your information once the legal retention period has expired.
