We've added Friendly Captcha to our login screen to protect your account. This system automatically checks that login attempts are made by a human, blocking bots and automated programs.
We've also updated two-factor authentication, requiring you to enter an mTAN at regular intervals when logging in and whenever you make a transaction. An mTAN is a six-digit one-time code sent to the mobile phone number linked to your Raisin Account. Transactions cannot proceed without a valid mTAN. Two-factor authentication is always active with Raisin, so you don't need to turn it on yourself.
